Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a contact form (including the “Book a Demo” and “Promo Code” forms or any other forms) on the website https://tantal.ai/ and ticking the corresponding consent box, I, acting freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Company “TANTAL” (LLC “TANTAL”, INN 9731159508, KPP 773101001, OGRN 1257700588606, registered address: 121205, Moscow, Mozhaysky Municipal District, Skolkovo Innovation Centre Territory, Bolshoy Boulevard, building 42, structure 1; hereinafter — the “Operator”) to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Categories of personal data covered by the consent:

surname, name, patronymic;
mobile phone number;
e-mail address;
information voluntarily provided in the “message” field of the form;
promo code (if any);
technical information automatically transmitted by my device when using the website (IP address, browser type and version, referral source, cookie data).

2. Purposes of processing:

processing of my inquiry and contacting me to clarify its details;
providing consultation regarding the Operator’s products and services and preparing commercial proposals;
conclusion and performance of a service agreement;
maintaining the client database and communication history;
fulfilling the Operator’s obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. List of actions with personal data permitted under this consent:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons engaged by the Operator under data processing agreements for the purposes specified in clause 2, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

4. Methods of processing:

processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. Personal data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

5. Term of the consent:

this consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing have been achieved, but in any case not longer than 3 (three) years from the date of the last interaction with the Operator, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Russian Federation or a concluded agreement.

6. Procedure for withdrawing the consent:

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator at the e-mail address sales@tantal.ai marked “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing” or in writing to the Operator’s registered address. The Operator shall cease processing personal data within 10 business days of receiving the withdrawal, except in cases where processing may continue on other legal grounds provided by the Personal Data Law.

7. Acknowledgement:

I confirm that my rights as a data subject under Chapter 3 of the Personal Data Law have been explained to me and are understood, including the right to receive information about the processing, to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data, to withdraw consent, and to appeal the Operator’s actions. I have read the Privacy Policy regarding the Processing of Personal Data and accept its terms.
